產(chǎn)品介紹
L-天門冬氨酸（L-Aspartic acid）呈白色結(jié)晶或結(jié)晶性粉末，味微酸。溶于沸水，25℃時(shí)微溶于水(0.5%)，易溶于稀酸和氫氧化鈉溶液中，不溶于乙醇、乙醚、加熱至270℃分解，等電點(diǎn)2.77，其比旋度與所溶的溶劑有關(guān)。在酸溶液中為右旋，堿溶液中為左旋，水溶液中為右旋。
用途：
（1）用于生化研究。
（2）可作生化試劑、培養(yǎng)基和有機(jī)合成中間體。
